With an ever-expanding operational footprint, BOC needed to improve process efficiencies across the business.

BOC is a member of the Linde Group which supplies compressed and bulk gases, chemicals and equipment around the globe. Their expense management system was based on an Excel spreadsheet that users downloaded and attached paper receipts to for submission via internal mail. This process would often take up to two weeks for staff in remote locations like mining areas in northern Western Australia and the gas fields of southern Queensland.

In a drive to improve process efficiencies across the business, Concur Expense was implemented in just eight weeks. There are currently 1500 Concur users and the system is now processing around 800 expense claims a month. Read More.
