BlueSky is a business travel product owned by China TravelSky Technology Limited. TravelSky provides access to the largest Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) data processing center in addition to being the only GDS (Global Distribution System) licensed in China to make reservations for China airlines thus providing travel agencies with global connectivity. The computer information and network system operated by TravelSky plays a significant role in China's civil aviation industry. TravelSky is a leading air transport information technology and tourism business service provider. TravelSky provides business travel solutions for corporate customers, travel management companies (TMCs), and supports other distribution channels. Currently, more than 200 TMC customers use TravelSky business travel solutions to serve more than 50,000 companies. BlueSky currently offers customers access to 400,000 domestic hotels and 100,000 international hotels. In partnership with SAP Concur and TravelSky, customers can create a one-stop business travel management service, including travel, approval, booking, reimbursement and data analysis. In practice, your Travel Administrator first confirms the TMC which serves your company uses TravelSky business travel solutions which supports all legal civil aviation agents in China. Once connected, your travelers will submit their business trip approval from SAP Concur and the approval will be synchronized to the TravelSky system. Travelers are then able to book airline tickets and hotels accommodations via their TMC through the front-end tool provided by TravelSky. TravelSky sends the airline and hotel data to SAP Concur allowing employees to submit expenses for reimbursement.
