The AGS360Meeting solution manages and tracks all internal and external pre-approval processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with reporting policies and accurate, on-time notification to governing bodies. AGS360Meeting has four key phases: 1. Description of the meeting or contract 2. Tracking approval workflow 3. Document management 4. Management of HCP/HCO or other covered recipients The solution provides the ability to create, update, cancel or review any meeting or contract. It also enables users to search for any documentation based on various criteria such as Event/Contract Date, Event Type, Business Unit, Workflow Stage, etc. Now, with the AGS360Meeting Connector for Concur, Life Sciences employees can generate expense entries with accurate HCP / HCO data via Concur Expense. AGS360Meeting allows users to add HCP, HCO or any other covered recipients - including a bulk upload feature for large entries. A robust search engine also enables queries via the OneKey database. For each recipient, users have the ability to assign one or several expense values with planned and actual amounts. AGS360Meeting provides a flexible, robust and scalable platform with a highly configurable BPM engine (Business Process Management). Users can easily draw a workflow with the elements such as process definition (AGS360Meeting offers a standard workflow with the possibility to create an alternative) for different scenarios: steps definition (identify the key steps which compose the workflow) or tasks definition (user can manage the workflow or it could be generated automatically.
