2022 Customer Innovation Award for SMBs: Dermalogica

Dermalogica underwent a digital transformation of their paper-based manual processes by automating their spend management with the implementations of Concur Invoice, Concur Expense and Concur Travel.

2022 Highly Commended Award for SMBs: McGrathNicol

McGrathNicol went through a reconfiguration project, streamlining the company's business development and entertainment expense management process, including further automation of its Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) calculations.
