The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has mandated that Australian federal government agencies must have electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) in place by July 1, 2022. Further, the Australian and New Zealand governments are strongly encouraging the adoption of e-invoicing across all levels of government and business.
