Bureau of Meteorology

The Bureau of Meteorology was in a space where the staff were calling out for improvements in finance and administration. A staff survey identified 64 items of frustration, setting the team on an improvement journey with the help of Concur.

Concur was able to remove all those items of frustration and more, and the staff are now able to spend more time on achieving key objectives of the Bureau rather than spending time completing manual forms and reconciling receipts. Watch the full story below.
