The University of Auckland
End users embracing self-service tools to improve compliance and efficiency
Before Concur, Auckland Universtiy staff were mostly using manual processes for processing expenses. A key business objective was to not only improve these processes but also provide a better end-user experience. Since introducing Concur, they are now enjoying an increase in self-service due to the mobile app, increased compliance rates and reduced time spent on manual processing from 37 to 4 hours.
"We have the users using the self-service more and we’ve got an increase in our compliance, and we managed to reduce the time spent on the manual processing from 37 hours to 4 hours." Chrystel Viljoen, Team Leader Shared Transaction Centre
