Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific develops, markets and sells vacation ownership interests and employs more than 1,500 staff throughout the South Pacific. They run multiple general ledgers and have multiple credit card feeds and processing points and with the fairly unique and complex indirect tax structure in Australia, they were looking for a solution that could provide coverage across all of those very easily.   • Automation has replaced all the previously manual employee reimbursement processes.
  • All travel requisitions and approvals are now going through Concur and employees use that through both mobile applications as well as when sitting in front of their computer.
  • Employees no longer lose their receipts as they use the mobile app to record them.
