With uniFLOW Online, you can scan receipt images directly from Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE devices to Concur Expense and make expensing fast and easy. uniFLOW Online is a secure cloud-based print and scan management application that can help save costs, and increase security and productivity by centrally controlling all printing, copying, and scanning processes. Upon scanning amounts and dates are automatically extracted from the scanned receipts and stored as meta data in Concur Expense. Once integrated, it’s easy to scan and send images to Concur Expense: 1. Authenticate at the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE device using a badge or PIN code, then select the workflow “Scan to Concur”. 2. Follow the instructions provided by the device to place the individual receipts on the glass plate. 3. The device will upload the receipt images to uniFLOW Online for further processing in the cloud and then sent to Concur Expense. uniFLOW Online also provides timestamped receipts compatible with Japanese e-Bunsho regulations.
